What exactly do I get?
Your own whitelabel clinic on the MyDose platform: licensed clinicians, pharmacy fulfillment, patient intake, e-consent, checkout and payouts — all under your brand. You also get a branded storefront with a content management system, with the patient journey built in.
Do I need my own doctors or a medical license?
No. Your site is connected to MyDose's clinical network, so licensed clinicians review intakes and approve treatment. You focus on your brand and your audience.
How much does it cost?
One plan, MyDose Studio: $499 a month, starting with your first patient. Nothing is due before that and you don't need a card to sign up. 50 active patients a month are included; each one above that is $15, taken from your payouts. One storefront is included; extra storefronts are a monthly add-on. No go-live fee, no tiers, cancel anytime from Billing. Patient payments and payouts run through MyDose.
How long does it take to launch?
Signing up takes about 5 minutes, with no card. You design your storefront right after and it's published a few minutes later. Your whitelabel clinic account is created as you sign up, and you use the same login for it. To take real orders, connect payouts and go live from your hub whenever you're ready.
Do I need a developer or designer?
No. You pick colors, fonts and upload a logo in a guided setup, then edit pages with a drag-and-drop editor. If you can use a slide deck tool, you can run your site.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your website starts on a free address the moment it launches, and you can connect your own domain from your dashboard anytime — we issue and renew its certificate for you.
Can I change my colors or logo later?
Anytime. Everything you choose during setup can be changed later in your site's admin under Theme — changes apply across the whole site instantly.
Which treatments can I offer?
Your catalog comes from the MyDose platform, including pricing. Your site displays those treatments with your own marketing content layered on top.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified provider. Card details never touch our servers.
